Chilled Out Salmon

INGREDIENTS

140 g Rice noodles
2 T Lime juice
1 t Sesame oil
1 T Sweet chilli sauce
4 Salmon steaks
2 T Sweet chilli sauce
1 T White vinegar
1 T Chopped fresh coriander

INSTRUCTIONS

Chilled Out Salmon:  Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.  Mix
lime juice, sesame oil and chilli sauce together.  Brush over one side
of salmon and cook under a hot grill for 4  minutes.  Turn steaks,
brush with remaining glaze and grill until golden and  salmon is
cooked.  Serve with dipping sauce.  Dipping Sauce:  Combine sweet
chilli sauce, vinegar and coriander together.  Converted by MC_Buster.
