INGREDIENTS

2 tb Groundnut oil
500 g Sliced beans; (1lb)
1 ts Fresh ginger; grated
1/2 ts Fresh red chilli; chopped finely
1/2 ts Garlic; crushed
1 ts Fresh coriander; chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.
Add the beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.
Serve immediately.
