INSTRUCTIONS
Put the tomatoes in a bowl and stir in the chopped parsley and chilli.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, combine the mustard, oil, vinegar and salt to
taste.
Pour this dressing over the tomatoes, toss well and serve on a bed of
frisee leaves.
