Chilli Tomato Salad With Frise

INGREDIENTS

12 Cherry tomatoes, halved or
6 small
tomatoes quartered
1/2 Fresh parsley, chopped
1 Fresh green chilli
de-seeded if wished
and chopped
1 t Dijon mustard
1 1/2 t Olive oil
2 T White wine vinegar
A pinch of salt
Frise leaves, to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the tomatoes in a bowl and stir in the chopped parsley and chilli.
Chill in the refrigerator.  Just before serving, combine the mustard,
oil, vinegar and salt to  taste.  Pour this dressing over the tomatoes,
toss well and serve on a bed of  frisee leaves.  Converted by
