INGREDIENTS

16 oz Chicken breast thinly sliced
1 sm Bunch broccoli
1 c Chinese napa or grenn cabbage
1 sm Sliced carrot
2 oz Snowpeas
2 c Sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Bamboo shoots
1/2 c Water chestnuts
1 c Cooked asparagus tips
1 Clove crushed garlic
2 ts Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 ds Cooking wine
3 tb Oyster sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil chicken until well done.  Boil veggies separately and drain. Fry
garlic in 1 tsp. vegetable oil. Add chicken and 2 cups chicken broth or
water.  Add remaining seasonings and corn starch to thicken sauce.
