INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Barbecue sauce
3 tb Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/2 ts Ground ginger
16 Chicken wings; (about 3 lbs)
Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

To make sauce: In medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic
and ginger.
Cut tips off chicken wings; discard tips or save for another use. Cut wings
at joints to form 36 pieces; brush with oil.
Brush grill rack with oil. On grill rack, place wings directly above medium
coals. Grill, uncovered, 30 minutes or until tender and juices run clear,
turning and brushing often with sauce during the last 15 minutes.
TO BROIL: Arrange wings on rack in broiler pan. Broil 6 inches from heat 40
minutes or until tender and juices run clear, turning and brushing often
with sauce during the last 15 minutes.
