INSTRUCTIONS
Place 1/2 cup chopped onion in bottom of crockpot liner. Add chicken.
Be sure to remove ALL visable fat! Combine water, soy sauce, chopped
ginger, sugar and garlic. Pour over all. Add the other 1/2 cup
chopped onion. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
