Finely diced cooked ham; chicken or pork

Oil or shortening

Cold cooked rice

Soy sauce

Mushrooms; sliced

Chopped green onion

Egg; well beaten
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry diced cooked meat lightly in oil. Add mushrooms, cold rice, onion and
soy sauce. Fry over low heat 10 minutes. Add well beaten egg. Cook and stir
5 minutes more. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
