INGREDIENTS

1 pk MAGGI Chinese Ginger Beef Mix
1/2 c Water
2 ts Oil
500 g Rump steak; thinly sliced
2 md Carrots; cut into thin
; strips
1 Green pepper; sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the Chinese Ginger Beef Mix and water. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok or large saucepan.
Add the steak and stir-fry over a high heat until almost cooked.
Add the carrots, Stir-fry for 1 minute
Add the green pepper and sauce mix. Bring to the boil, stirring, then
cook for a further 30 seconds.
Serve immediately with MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles.
