INSTRUCTIONS
Bring to a boil vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch and
dry mustard in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir in and cook until it thickens.
Grate in ginger root (or dry ginger).
Serve hot or cold.
