INGREDIENTS

3 lb GROUND PORK
2 ts SALT
2 tb SOYA SAUCE
1 tb SHERRY
3 tb GOOD SCOTCH (J&B)
1/2 tb 5 SPICE POWDER
2 tb BROWN SUGAR
LITTLE WATER TO MOISTEN IF
NEEDED.

INSTRUCTIONS

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BOWL AND PUT THROUGH MEAT GRINDER TO
SAUSAGE TUBE INTO CASINGS. BAKE AS OTHER SAUSAGES. THE CHINESE HANG
THESE TO DRY MAYBE DEHYDRATOR WOULD WORK AS WELL.
