Chinese Vegetables with Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Pak Choi; (white)
2 tb Oyster sauce
1 tb Oil
1 ds Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the vegetable under running water with a dash of salt. Separate
the stalk from the leaves.
Heat the oil in a wok and add in the stalk of the vegetables as these
take long to cook. Then stir in the leaves.
Add the oyster sauce and add a dash of salt.
Stir well and serve hot.
