Chinesen Cabbage In A Skillet

Grains Chinese Cabbage, Side dishes 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 T Peanut oil
1 Chinese cabbage, sliced
diag. in strips
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
3 Gingerroot, minced
1/4 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil and put in clean cabbage. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Add
salt, pepper and ginger. Mix well. Add water and cover pan tightly.
Cook over Mediuam heat for 10 minutes. Uncover. Stir until water is
almost evaprorated and cabbage is tender.  Recipe By     : Meijer's
