Chipotle Butter

INGREDIENTS

1/4 lb Butter
3 tb (more or less as desired) pureed Chipotles en Adobo

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a double boiler or in a sauce pan over a flame
diffuser. Remove the pan from the flame and allow the melted butter
to cool. Before it begins to re-solidfy, whisk in the pureed
Chipotles en Adobo and continue whisking until the puree is blended
in thoroughly and butter is the texture of whipped butter.
