Date: Fri, 12 Apr 1996 20:45:42 +0100 From: gcaselton@easynet.co.uk (Graeme Caselton BSc(Open)) Split 8 Chipotles and put into a saucepan. Add 1 chopped onion. Add 5 cloves of garlic. Add 4 tablespoons of vinegar. Add 5 tablespoons of ketchup. Add 3 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt. Simmer gently uncovered for about 1 hour. Store in a jar in the fridge.
