INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil to 170 C, 375 F, in a heavy based saucepan using a
cooking thermometer or in a thermostatically controlled deep fat
fryer.
Break up the noodles and fry for 2-3 minutes, remove with a slotted
spoon and place on absobant kitchen paper.
Fry the nuts for 1-2 minutes, remove and drain on absorbant kitchen
paper. Pour the fried ingredients into a bowl and add the salt and
spices whilst the mix is still warm. Check the seasoning and add more
if required.
