Fill a clean glass jar half full of mature chive blossoms which have not
started to fade.  Fill the jar with white distilled vinegar, covering all
the blossoms. Cap with a non-metal lid and set in the sun for 2 to 3 weeks.
Strain the liquid and dilute with more vinegar if too strong.  Decant into
decorative bottles.
