INGREDIENTS

75 g Copha; chopped
50 g Butter; chopped
1 c Melting chocolate; (dark, milk or
; white)
1 1/2 c Sponge cake crumbs; (see below)
1/2 c Ground almonds
2 tb Icing sugar
2 tb Orange juice
1 c Chocolate sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the chopped copha, butter and chocolate in a metal bowl and
rest the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
2. Stir until the mixture melts then remove the bowl from the
saucepan.
3. Add the cake crumbs, ground almonds, icing sugar and orange juice
and mix well until combined.
4. Put the bowl in the fridge until the mixture is firm.
5. Take teaspoons of mixture and roll into balls between your palms,
then coat in chocolate sprinkles.
6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
