INSTRUCTIONS
GREASE a butter paper, line a baking tray with it and keep aside.
Melt the milk chocolate and butter together on a double boiler. Beat
the eggs and sugar together till light and fluffy. Add salt and
vanilla essence. Stir in the butter and chocolate mixture. Sieve
flour and fold into the above mixture. Lastly add the chocolate chips
and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the lined baking tray and evenly spread with a
spatula. Bake till just set for about 30 minutes. Demould from the
baking tray and allow to cool.
Cut into pieces. Serve, sprinkled with a little icing sugar on top.
