| 1 | 150 gram car natural yogurt; (5 oz) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the broken up chocolate, butter and syrup in a bowl in a microwave on HIGH for 1 minute then whisk well. Stir in the remaining ingredients, reserving a good teaspoon of yogurt, then return to the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Whisk again before pouring into an attractive serving dish. Swirl the remaining yogurt into the sauce and serve immediately. It is not advisable to reheat this sauce as it curdles. Flavoured yogurts add variety. Converted by MC_Buster.
