INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine 3 packages Oatmeal Muffin Mix, softened butter and rolled oats. Mix together until crumbly. Press in bottom and slightly up sides of crust with chocolate chips then pour condensed milk over the chips. Combine remaining topping ingredients and sprinkle over condensed milk.
