INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk and
almond extract until well blended. Gently stir in the bread cubes,
chocolate chunks and almonds.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan, sprayed with non-stick
cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes or until the mixture is
set. Serve warm. Serves 8.
