Chocolate And Cherry Loaf

INGREDIENTS
| 1/3 | c | Light cream |
| 2 | T | Light cream |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 3/4 | t | Orange rind, grated |
| 1/4 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | t | Salt |
| 3 | c | Bread flour |
| 2 1/2 | t | Yeast |
| 3/4 | c | Semisweet chocolate, chopped |
| 3/4 | c | Dried cherries, 4 oz |
| 1/4 | c | Orange juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
To prepare cherry mixture, soak cherries in orange juice overnight. Place all the ingredients except cherry mixture and chocolate in the machine, program for basic white bread and press start.
