Chocolate And Nut Flan

INGREDIENTS

1 113 g; (4oz) carton cream
; cheese
50 g Caster sugar; (2oz)
75 g De-luxe plain chocolate; melted (3oz)
25 g Chopped; mixed nuts (1oz)
250 ml Double cream; slightly whipped (8
; fl oz)
1 Sweet pastry case
Chocolate leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

TO DECORATE
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
Stir in the melted chocolate and mixed nuts and fold in 3/4 of the
cream.
Spoon the chocolate and nut mixture into the pastry case.
Whip the remaining cream until thick enough to pipe and use to
decorate the flan along with the chocolate leaves.
