INGREDIENTS

8 oz Digestive biscuits; crushed
2 oz Sultanas
1 oz Pecan nuts; chopped
1 oz Cherries; chopped
1 oz Plain chocolate chips
3 oz Margarine
2 oz Golden syrup
6 oz Plain cooking chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix together the biscuits, sultanas, nuts, cherries and chocolate
chips.
2. Melt the margarine and syrup together and mix in with the biscuits.
Press firmly into a 9"x 9" foil-lined tin and leave to harden.
3. Melt the cooking chocolate and spread evenly over the base. Leave
to set in a fridge and then divide into small pieces.
