Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 7 x 12" baking dish with nonstick
spray. Combine dry ingredients. Add applesauce and stir well. Spread the
batter in the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes (closer to 30 minutes), or until
top just springs back in the center when lightly pressed.
