2/3 c All-purpose flour
1/3 c Sugar
1 ts Unsweetened cocoa.
1 Egg
1 Egg white
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Skim milk

INSTRUCTIONS

MIX TOGETHER
ADD

Stir until batter is smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate 2 hour until
batter settles. Pour 1/4 c. batter into prepared crepe pan and cook over
medium heat. Cool crepes on rack and fill with fruit in season.
