INSTRUCTIONS
Date: Mon, 1 Apr 96 8:33:53 EST submitted by: MCTYREG@baylor.edu (George R. McTyre, Waco, Texas) Mix the brownie mix, yogurt and chocolate together and bake according to the package directions. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Slice strawberries and toss with the sugar. Sprinkle with the almond extract. Allow to sit a few minutes at room temperature. Serve the brownies with strawberries spooned over the top. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream and a few mint leaves. (We had the strawberries served over vanilla frozen yogurt one night at a friend's house. The sugar and the almond extract make a great, light glaze for the berries.)
