1 Box chocolate cake mix; (any kind!!)
1 Bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Source: Our Favorite Recipes (1984, Ellis Hospital employees' recipes,
Schenectady, NY)
Yield: 1 9X13 cake
Grease and flour pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 350, (325 for glass
pan). Dump the cake mix in a big bowl. Prepare the pudding according to
directions. Immediately add the hot pudding to the cake mix and blend until
smooth. Add the chocolate chips and stir only until they are evenly
distributed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, until firm. Do not
over bake!!
Please note that you are not following cake mix directions, but only using
the dry powder, i. e. no eggs, oil, etc. I have used name brands, store
brands, and have found no difference in the end result.
