Caramels, quartered

Coarsley chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F. Cream margarine, sugars, egg and vanilla in large
bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until light and creamy. Combine
flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture; beating at low speed until
blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by heaping spoonsful
onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 9 - 12 minutes, or until light
golden. Makes about 36 cookies. Note: TASTES LIKE A CHOCOLATE BAR COOKIE.
Preparation time: 15 minutes Baking time: 12 minutes. Freezing: Excellent.
