Chocolate Carrot Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1 tb Lighter Bake
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Skim milk
1/2 c Egg substitute
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 c Flour
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Shredded carrots

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9-inch baking dish with nonfat
cooking spray. Combine Lighter Bake, sugar, brown sugar, skim milk, egg
substitute and vanilla in a large bowl and blend until smooth. In medium
bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking powders, mix until blended. Add flour
mixture to large bowl and mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in
carrots and mix lightly. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in
preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes
out clean.
Serves 16, 66 calories per serving, Dietary fiber 1 gram.
