INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | c | Butter Or Margarine;Softened |
| 3/4 | c | Brown Sugar; Packed |

| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1 | c | Flour; Unbleached |
| 1/2 | ts | Baking Powder |
| 1/8 | ts | Baking Soda |
| 1/8 | ts | Salt |
| 6 | oz | Chocolate Chips, (1pk) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream together the softened butter or margarine and brown sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spread in greased 9 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool; cut into bars. Makes 32 bars.
