INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Plus 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1/3 c Sugar
3/4 c Firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 Egg whites
2 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 c Semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
Vegetable cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Hi - As a chocolate lover I was pleased to find these recipes (and a few
more) on the cooking light website last evening. I haven't tried them, but

1 Cream margarine and next 2 ingredients at medium speed of an electric
mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla; beat well.
2 Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture,
beating well. Stir in chocolate morsels.
3 Press cookie dough into the bottom of a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan
coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 deg for 10 minutes. Cool in pan.
Yield: 4 dozen (serving size: 1 bar).
