CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Eggs, Dairy Jewish 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Egg plus enough water to equal 3/4 cup plus 2 TBL (That's what the book says!!!)
2 1/4 c Bread Flour
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Sugar
1 tb Dry milk (which I leave out to keep that machine pareve)
1 tb Butter (or pareve margarine)
3/4 c Chocolate chips
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/2 ts Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

(from the Sanyo Bread Factory Book)
I use the 'raisin bread' setting, and add the chips at the beep. If your
machine mixes well, you may have chocolate bread instead of chocolate chip.
I had a problem that my bread didn't rise when I switched brands of
chocolate chips. I don't know why, but the paskez brand worked fine while
the store brand didn't. Maybe coincidence...
