INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 | c | Cake flour |
1/4 | t | Baking soda |
1/2 | c | Margarine |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar, plus 1 |

1 | ds | Vanilla extract |
1/4 | t | Table salt |
1/2 | c | Chopped walnuts, or more to |

1/2 | c | Chocolate chips, or more to |
taste | ||
1/2 | c | Raisins, or more to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the flour and baking soda by sifting (twice), then set the mixture aside. In a bowl, mix the margarine and brown sugar until fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla. Mix the flour and baking soda into the batter. Add the rest of the ingredients (walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins) and mix lightly. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking pan. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour.
