INSTRUCTIONS
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Beat egg. Add sour
cream and add to the flour mixture. Add the milk and oil, stirring
only until moistened. Mix in the chocolate chips. Fill the greased or
lined muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 minutes.
