Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

INGREDIENTS

1 pk (14 oz) sweetened coconut
1 cn (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 ts Vanilla extract
3 tb Butter
1/2 c Cocoa

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl combine the
coconut and the condensed milk. Add the vanilla and mix well.
Melt the butter over low heat or in a microwave oven. Add the cocoa to the
melted butter and stir until it dissolves. Add the warm butter and cocoa
mixture to the coconut mixture and stir until well blended.
Drop teaspoonsful of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for
10 minutes (they will be moist). Remove the cookies from the baking sheet
and cool on a wire rack.
