INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 | c | Graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar, packed |
1/2 | c | Flour |
1/2 | c | Margarine, melted |
14 | oz | Sweetened condensed milk |
7 | oz | Flaked coconut |
12 | oz | Semisweet chocolate chips |
2 | T | Peanut butter, chunky |
Garnish: chopped peanuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Press mixture into an ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Combine condensed milk and coconut, mixing well; spread over crust. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts; spread over coconut layer.
