Eggs Cookies 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 Squares; (1 Oz) Unsweetened Chocolate
1/2 c Salad Oil; (Veg Oil)
2 c Sugar
4 lg Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Put in a large mixing
bowl. Add salad oil and blend well; add sugar; beat for 1 minute. Add eggs,
one at a time, beating well after each egg. Mix in vanilla. sift dry
ingredients together; add to chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts. Chill dough
for several hours. Shape into small balls, roll in powdered sugar. Place on
a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Per serving: 2725 Calories; 20g Fat (6% calories from fat); 47g Protein;
596g Carbohydrate; 723mg Cholesterol; 2015mg Sodium
