INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk
together the sugar and vegetable oil until it resembles wet sand. Add
the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Stir in the
melted chocolate and combine until silky. Using a large rubber
spatula, add the baking powder, salt and the flour, 1/2 cup at a
time. Combine well to form dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap
and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and form
tablespoon size balls of dough. Roll each spoonful in the palm of
hand to form ball. Roll ball into powdered sugar and place on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on rack.
