Eggs 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter
4 Squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3 Eggs
Powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in all other ingredients EXCEPT powdered
sugar. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 300.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll well in powdered sugar. Place on
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until set. Cool on rack.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
NOTES: I used 1 tablespoon butter and 3 tablespoons cocoa powder for each
oz of chocolate, since I was out. It worked fine.
The cookies stick less if the pan is powdered with confec sugar before
placing cookies.
