INSTRUCTIONS
Break up the chocolate and put into a bowl with the cream and honey or
syrup. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute; stir and heat again for a
further
30 seconds.
Serve in small fondue pots, if you have them, with a colourful
selection of fresh fruit, using fondue forks or cocktail sticks. Also
dip in the Flake - they are lovely dripping with chocolate fondue.
Variations: To ring the taste changes add any of the following to the
fondue mix - marshmallows, crushed soft mints, instant coffee, 2
mashed bananas, ice cream - serving the fondue just before the ice
cream melts - and last but not least , a little rum, brandy or
liqueur. There really is no limit to the number of variations you can
create - have fun!
