1. Prepare the sauce by combining the heavy cream, cocoa, and sugar in a
small saucepan and stirring over low heat for about 6 minutes, or until it
becomes a smooth thick cream.
2. Spoon ice cream into dessert dishes. Pour the hot sauce over each
serving and serve at once.
