1/2 | c | Egg Substitute |
1/4 | c | Margarine |
3 | T | Kahlua |
1 1/4 | c | Sifted Cake Flour |
1/2 | c | Unsweetened Cocoa |
1 | t | Baking Powder |
1/2 | c | Walnuts, Finely Chopped |
Vegetable Cooking Spray |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking powder; stir into sugar mixture. Fold in walnuts. Spooon into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or unitl a wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
