Chocolate Lovers Mousse For Two

INGREDIENTS

2 T Sugar
1/2 t Unflavored gelatin
1/4 c Milk
1/2 c Mini semi sweet chocolate
Chips
1 T Orange flavored liqueur -OR-
1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Cold whipping cream
Additional whipping cream
For garnish is optional

INSTRUCTIONS

In small saucepan, stir together sugar and gelatin; stir in milk.  Let
stand two minutes to soften gelatin. Cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, until mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat.
Immediately add small chocolate chips; stir until melted.  Stir in
liqueur or vanilla, cool to room temperature.  In small mixer bowl,
beat whipping cream until stiff.  Gradually add  chocolate mixture,
folding gently just until blended.   Refrigerate.  Garnish with
