INSTRUCTIONS

Beat cake mix, butter & 1 egg until crumbly. Press onto bottom of greased
13 x 9 pan. Combine condensed milk, remaining egg & vanilla; stir in chips,
1 cup coconut & nuts. Spread over mixture in baking pan. Sprinkle with
remaining coconut. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until golden
brown(center will set when cooled). Cool completely & cut into bars.
