INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325F. Combine almonds, sugar, chocolate, and
vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold in the almond
mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets lined with greased paper.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from paper while still warm.
