Chopped walnuts

Mint jelly
Powdered sugar for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350. Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan over low
heat . Set aside to cool. Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl. When
smooth, add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and melted chocolate. Stir
well to combine. Gently fold in the walnuts. Pour the batter into an
8x11-inch nonstick baking pan. Spread the mint jelly evenly overtop,
lightly pushing into the batter. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into
2-inch squares. Dust with powdered sugar.
