INGREDIENTS

Creme de menthe liqueur or 3/4 ts mint extract with green food colour |

INSTRUCTIONS
Crust:
Combine chocolate wafer crumbs with melted butter. Press into bottom and 2
inches up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
Filling:
Heat oven to 325F 160C. Beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth. Beat
in eggs, one at a time, just until blended. Beat in liqueur and melted
white chocolate. Pour over prepared crust and bake for 50 minutes or until
centre is just set. Remove from oven and run knife around sides of pan to
loosen. Cool at room temperature. Chill overnight.
Garnish:
Make curls by running a vegetable peeler along narrow edge of a frosted
mint chocolate bar. Decorate cake.
