INSTRUCTIONS
POUR milk into medium bowl. Add peppermint extract and pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Gently stir food coloring into the whipped topping. Layer pudding and whipped topping in 6 parfait glasses. REFRIGERATE for 15 minutes. Garnish with additional whipped topping and crushed peppermint candy, if desired.
